What You Bring
The Skilled Laborer/Groundman supports all phases of utility construction on telecom projects, performing manual tasks such as trench digging, material handling, and site preparation. Work is performed on outdoor utility construction sites, and includes transporting equipment, constructing aerial and underground cable systems, troubleshooting field issues, and learning to operate various tools and equipment. Successful candidates prioritize safety, consistently deliver high-quality work, and enjoy hands-on problem solving. They are reliable team players looking for long-term projects, possess a valid Class A CDL with a clean record, and are eager to learn telecom trades such as coax and fiber splicing. • Possess a valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record. • Demonstrate problem-solving skills and a hands-on work approach. • Pursue telecom construction trade skills (coax/fiber splicing, directional drilling, etc.).
