The Skilled Laborer/Groundman supports all phases of utility construction on telecom projects, performing manual tasks such as trench digging, material handling, and site preparation. Work is performed on outdoor utility construction sites, and includes transporting equipment, constructing aerial and underground cable systems, troubleshooting field issues, and learning to operate various tools and equipment. Successful candidates prioritize safety, consistently deliver high-quality work, and enjoy hands-on problem solving.
