About the Role

The Residential Sales Manager position is based in the Philadelphia, PA, Allentown, PA, and Edison, NJ areas. The role leads the development of residential business objectives aligned with corporate goals and brand strategy, overseeing independent rep agencies. Key responsibilities include managing, training, and motivating a high‑performance independent rep network, administering regional budgets, and delivering the annual sales plan. The manager also cultivates relationships with wholesalers, builders, and contractors, and reports progress to senior leadership. • Select, train, coach, and retain independent sales representatives. • Monitor team performance, set goals, and provide objective coaching. • Implement regional policies, procedures, and two‑way communication channels. • Drive quality improvements and offer development opportunities to rep agencies. • Manage regional budget, customer relationships, and hiring/mentoring of reps. • Achieve sales targets by product line and expand distribution points. • Design and execute marketing, sales, and account strategies to exceed revenue and profitability goals. • Build and maintain relationships with key wholesalers, builders, and contractors. • Produce monthly reports to target specific accounts, regions, or product categories.

What You Bring

Candidates must possess 8–10 years of progressive sales experience, including at least five years of people‑management, and demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, CRM tools, and budget preparation is required, as is a bachelor’s degree (preferred) and a valid driver’s license. Benefits

The compensation package offers a base salary of $81,000 to $130,000, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus. Benefits include medical, dental and vision coverage, a wellness program, HSA contributions, voluntary life and disability insurance, a 401(k) with 7.5% employer match, and generous paid time off.
