About the Role
The incumbent provides administrative and financial services to a profit center, supporting billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable functions, and ensuring compliance with client contracts, GAAP, and company policies. Key responsibilities include assisting with client billing audits, processing vendor and subcontractor invoices, managing lien waivers and insurance requirements, contributing to monthly and project close processes, updating asset and rental insurance documentation, and handling internal and external audit requests. • Ensure client contractual billing and accounts receivable requirements are met. • Audit client billing and project ledgers for compliance with contracts, GAAP, and company policy. • Process vendor invoices and maintain up‑to‑date accounts payable for assigned projects. • Process subcontractor invoices, verify lien waivers, contracts, and insurance documentation. • Support monthly close by posting or accruing client bills and project costs. • Provide monthly updates of project assets and rentals for insurance records. • Assist with project financial closeout, confirming final contract amounts and required documentation. • Respond to internal and external audit requests. • Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records using MS Office and database applications.

It is a regular, entry‑level finance position with a salaried non‑exempt compensation structure, requiring a bachelor's degree. The employee reports to the Senior Accountant or Financial Manager in Finance Reporting HQ. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (or equivalent experience), possess solid knowledge of basic accounting principles, and demonstrate strong organizational, detail‑oriented, and communication skills. They should be able to work independently and collaboratively, follow procedures, and show integrity and a good work ethic. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience). • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and GAAP. • Strong organizational, detail‑orientation, and self‑checking abilities. • Ability to work independently, with oversight, and in a team environment. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency with MS Office and database applications.
