About the Role
The Operations Specialist for Collections supports departmental managers with advanced clerical and administrative tasks and helps coordinate daily operations. Key duties include troubleshooting safety, service, and operational issues; maintaining and distributing departmental information; serving as the KRONOS proxy for driver and helper updates; and using Microsoft Suite and other tools for procurement, time‑and‑attendance, safety incidents, contract labor, and financial processing. Work is performed primarily in a professional office setting with standard equipment such as computers, phones, and copy machines. • Provide advanced clerical and administrative support to department managers. • Troubleshoot and resolve safety, service, and operational issues. • Maintain and distribute daily departmental information. • Act as KRONOS proxy for driver and helper schedule updates. • Manage procurement, time‑and‑attendance, safety incidents, and contract‑labor tasks using Microsoft Suite and related software. • Assist with payment processing and other financial tasks. • Communicate with customers about service issues and with employees about scheduling and work assignments.
