• Perform HVAC repairs, cleaning, and component replacement. • Service plumbing systems, replace parts, and install fixtures such as sinks, toilets, and faucets. • Execute carpentry tasks including repair and installation of doors, shelves, countertops, and locks. • Conduct drywall, plaster repairs, and interior painting. • Handle electrical and appliance work such as wiring, lighting, power circuits, and component replacement. • Repair and maintain mechanical equipment like chillers, belts, pumps, and fans. • Respond to resident maintenance requests and provide exceptional customer service. • Maintain certifications in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing preferred.
