About the Role

The Associate Tenant Researcher role focuses on investigating and profiling commercial tenants that occupy spaces within a specific market. These profiles help owners, brokers, and other real‑estate professionals make informed decisions about tenancy and property suitability. The position requires daily phone interviews, web research, and meticulous documentation of tenant movement and corporate structures. This full‑time position works in an office Monday‑through‑Friday and may require shift flexibility to cover Eastern, Central, Mountain, and Pacific time zones. Employees are expected to conduct at least two hours of interviews each day and maintain accurate tenant rosters for multiple buildings. • Investigate and profile commercial tenants in a geographical market. • Conduct 2+ hours of phone interviews daily with tenants, owners, and real estate professionals. • Perform web research to create comprehensive tenant and decision‑maker profiles. • Document tenant movement within the market. • Maintain accurate tenant rosters for various commercial buildings. • Investigate new property and tenant leads. • Document and profile corporate structures.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not‑for‑profit university or college. • Proven commitment to prior employers. • 8+ months experience in a customer‑service environment. • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel 365. • Flexibility to work shifts aligned with ET, CT, MT, and PT time zones. • Strong academic performance evidence. • Ability to connect quickly and professionally with people over the phone. • Demonstrated success meeting metrics or KPIs. • Natural curiosity, persistence, and strong investigative research skills. • Advanced Excel skills: data manipulation, filtering, basic formulas; assessed on Excel 2016. • Accurate data capture and entry. • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and shifting priorities in a fast‑paced environment. • Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented.
