About the Role

The Branch Manager is accountable for profit and loss, inventory, and accounts receivable for the assigned location, and must achieve EBIT, ROIC, and ROS targets. Responsibilities include safeguarding assets, overseeing inventory management, ensuring proper staffing, developing sales and operations expertise, building customer relationships, and acting as a liaison to functional leadership for issue resolution.
