About the Role

You will partner with business leaders locally and throughout Australia and New Zealand, operating in a core team across the region and working with a variety of stakeholders to deliver key outcomes. In this role you will ensure that project documentation is accurate, up‑to‑date and accessible while supporting site engineers and fostering collaboration across Australia, New Zealand and globally. • Manage document uploads, registrations, and distribution, ensuring site team members are inducted and have appropriate access. • Maintain and revise project documents in the document management system, providing accurate records and version control. • Support site engineers with basic technical and site‑related tasks, with training provided as skills develop. • Collaborate with colleagues across regions, time zones and cultures, communicating clearly to build relationships and support teamwork globally. • Participate in continuous learning through lunch‑and‑learns, professional development courses, financial study assistance, five days paid study leave and global career opportunities.

What You Bring
We are looking for candidates with over five years of relevant experience, strong time‑management and organisational skills, and excellent written and verbal communication. Proficiency with the MS Office suite, reliability, attention to detail and the ability to consistently meet deadlines are also valued. • Possess more than five years of experience in a similar role with strong time‑management and organisational abilities. • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills and professionalism when working with staff and suppliers. • Have working knowledge of the MS Office suite and consistently deliver accurate, high‑quality work. • Consistently complete tasks on time, showing reliability, productivity and keen attention to detail.
