About the Role
As a Seasonal Lifeguard at Elara Resort, you will ensure guest safety in the pool area by monitoring swimmers, performing rescues when necessary, and complying with local, state, and federal health and safety regulations. Your role supports the creation of memorable vacation experiences for guests and owners alike. • Greet guests and owners with a friendly demeanor. • Coordinate all pool activities. • Assist and support emergency care and treatment. • Respond to incidents or emergencies around the pool and facility. • Notify authorities and prepare written reports on accidents, hazards, and suspicious activities. • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 25 lb without assistance.

What You Bring
• Hold lifeguard, CPR, and First Aid certification (or obtain after hire). • Be at least 16 years of age. • Tolerate environmental conditions such as humidity, heat/cold, dust, and noise. • Eligible U.S. hourly team members not represented by a labor organization.
