About the Role
In this position you will lead the development and enforcement of IAM policies, manage account lifecycle and privilege processes, and ensure compliance with regulations such as SOX, ISO-27002 and global privacy standards. You will act as the primary subject-matter expert, coordinate IAM program delivery with infrastructure and application teams, and drive strategic initiatives that embed modern IAM technologies throughout the IT landscape. • Identify and remediate non‑compliance with policies such as SOX, ISO‑27002, data‑protection and privacy regulations. • Develop and enforce Identity & Access Management (IAM) policies, procedures and account lifecycle processes. • Lead IAM strategy, influence IT organization, and drive change across teams. • Stay current with IAM technologies and promote their adoption. • Coordinate delivery of IAM programs with infrastructure and application teams. • Serve as subject‑matter expert and maintain IAM documentation and policy enforcement. • Manage budgets, contracts and resources for IAM initiatives. • Build effective relationships with peers and vendors to integrate IAM objectives. • Lead communication, roadmap development, benchmark setting and training for IAM processes.

What You Bring
Successful candidates will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related STEM discipline and bring at least five years of hands-on IAM experience, including deep knowledge of SailPoint or Saviynt platforms. Technical expertise in Java, web services, directory integrations, custom connector development, and IDM tool upgrades is essential, as is the ability to lead budgeting, vendor management and project execution. • Own operational excellence of IAM programs, including project reviews, feasibility, cost‑benefit analysis and execution. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or STEM field; 5+ years IAM experience or ASPIRE graduate. • Hands‑on expertise with SailPoint or Saviynt IAM tools. • Experience implementing identity provisioning, access management, SSO, RBAC, user access reviews and audit reporting. • Proficiency configuring connectors for directories (Oracle Virtual Directory, AD, Azure, AWS, Firebase) and custom APIs. • Strong Java/J2EE, web services, SOA, and middleware troubleshooting skills. • Ability to plan and execute IDM tool patching, upgrades, domain migrations and node manager management. • Experience designing, developing and deploying business process integrations using IDM platforms. • Proven ability to evaluate PoCs for provisioning, reconciliation, orphan cleanup, workflow approvals and re‑certification.
