About the Role
The Plant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of aggregate plant production, ensuring operations run safely and efficiently while meeting output goals. • Lead daily production activities to ensure safety, efficiency, and consistency. • Coordinate workforce scheduling, assign tasks, and prioritize operations to meet production targets. • Monitor equipment performance and collaborate with maintenance to maintain reliability and uptime. • Enforce safety standards, environmental compliance, and company operating procedures. • Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives that boost productivity, quality, and team engagement.
