About the Role
The team delivers practical analytics, customer insights, and project implementation for Masco’s home‑improvement, hardware, and trade brands. By leveraging collective resources, the group provides coordinated service solutions and maintains strong relationships with retail partners. • Travel to support showroom reset execution • Provide associate, store‑wide, and district‑wide product knowledge through in‑aisle and classroom‑style training • Participate in customer sales events, including commercial/contractor events and how‑to clinics • Represent Masco brands, handling product returns evaluations and limited product support while ensuring project/reset transparency • Conduct market intelligence activities such as competitive shop visits, product and brand feedback, and customer observance surveys • Manage individual expenses and budgets • Maintain and grow relationships with retail home‑improvement, hardware, and trade partners to exceed service goals
