About the Role

The Project Manager leads end-to-end delivery of large-scale commercial and residential base-build projects. This includes overseeing planning, execution, budgeting, procurement, contract management and stakeholder coordination. The role ensures compliance with quality, safety and regulatory standards while driving cost efficiency, monitoring performance and resolving critical issues to achieve client satisfaction. The manager is responsible for the complete project lifecycle—from initiation, planning and execution through monitoring and closure—ensuring alignment with client objectives and organisational standards. Detailed project plans, schedules and budgets are developed and maintained, with resources efficiently allocated to meet milestones. Multidisciplinary teams comprising contractors, consultants, architects and internal stakeholders are led and coordinated to ensure seamless execution. Regular communication with clients, investors and stakeholders provides progress updates and addresses concerns promptly. Project performance is tracked using KPIs, progress reports and dashboards, with improvements applied to enhance efficiency and outcomes. The manager resolves issues, conflicts and challenges to prevent delays and cost overruns, while maintaining comprehensive documentation for transparency and audit purposes. • Manage full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, aligning with client objectives. • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. • Lead multidisciplinary teams including contractors, consultants, architects, and internal stakeholders. • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards. • Oversee procurement, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships. • Identify risks, create mitigation strategies, and implement corrective actions. • Communicate regularly with clients, investors, and stakeholders, providing progress updates. • Monitor project performance using KPIs and dashboards to drive efficiency improvements. • Resolve project issues and conflicts to prevent delays and cost overruns. • Maintain comprehensive project documentation for transparency and audit purposes. • Drive cost optimization and continuous improvement across projects.

What You Bring

Strict adherence to quality, safety and statutory regulations is mandatory across all activities. Procurement processes are overseen, contracts negotiated and vendor relationships managed to secure cost-effective and timely delivery of materials and services. Potential risks are identified, mitigation strategies devised and corrective actions implemented proactively. Candidates should hold a B.E. in Civil Engineering, a master’s degree in project management and preferably a PMP certification, with 12-15+ years of relevant experience. They must have delivered at least eight to ten institutional, residential or infrastructure projects end-to-end and possess technical awareness of civil, electro-mechanical and architectural works. Strong organisational, motivational, communication and interpersonal abilities are essential. • Hold B.E. in Civil Engineering, a master's in project management, and preferably PMP certification. • Possess 12-15+ years experience delivering 8-10 institutional/residential or infrastructure projects end-to-end. • Demonstrate technical awareness of civil, electro‑mechanical, and architectural works. • Exhibit strong organizational, motivational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
