After graduation, you will complete an additional twenty‑two months of on‑the‑job training, receive mentorship, and work toward certification as an entry‑level Diesel Mechanic, with the opportunity to advance to Level C ahead of schedule based on performance. Compensation includes $16.00 per hour for the Dallas training period and $23.45 per hour during on‑the‑job training in Commerce City, CO, with additional $0.50 hourly increases after 500 and 1,000 apprentice hours. The overall pay range varies by location from $15.30 to $21.00, reflecting regional minimum wage requirements.
