About the Role
• Support and execute the project Quality Management Plan • Lead preparatory and pre‑installation meetings with suppliers, subcontractors, supervision, and owners • Conduct initial, follow‑up, and final inspections of work‑in‑place and generate daily compliance reports • Schedule and supervise testing agencies, maintain records, and produce control charts as required • Collaborate with operations to develop task‑specific quality management plans • Report, track, and ensure correction of deficient items • Manage generation, collection, distribution, storage, and disposition of meeting agendas, RFIs, and daily reports • Communicate inspection results and recommend corrective actions • Assist with material procurement and coordinate review of submittals for contract compliance • Verify received on‑site materials meet contract requirements and are stored properly • Maintain as‑built documents and compile close‑out items such as O&M manuals, warranties, and specifications • Use of personal protective equipment and compliance with safety standards

What You Bring
• Advanced knowledge of construction engineering technology, codes, and standards • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, or at least five years of construction quality control experience • Obtain ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician – Grade I and Transportation Concrete Special Inspector certifications within three months of hire • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team‑leadership skills; ability to supervise quality technicians • Preferred experience with military or commercial airfield pavement construction • Preferred experience with USACE/NAFVAC projects • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to climb stairs, ladders, and reach above shoulder height • Frequent interaction with people and use of telephone/computer • Occasional lifting, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, and bending • Ability to stand, walk, sit, or perform tasks for an entire shift • Capability to work various shifts, including swing, night, and weekend
