About the Role
Join our dynamic Procurement team as an EMS Contract Manufacturing Procurement Manager, where you will lead strategic sourcing initiatives that drive business excellence and optimize global procurement operations to deliver exceptional value. • Drive team and individual development, performance, growth, and wellbeing. • Lead the Category Pole, managing negotiations, supplier portfolio, and collaboration with Global Supplier Leaders. • Support and develop team members through competence assessments, training plans, staffing, and succession planning. • Consolidate and continuously improve category performance through the Annual Operational Plan; implement corrective actions. • Execute category strategy and monitor performance across quality, productivity, supply chain, and sustainability. • Maintain iSAVE data accuracy and support Plant Procurement Managers with Analysis of Change (AOC) consistency. • Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews and strengthen Supplier Business Review processes for strategic and high‑risk suppliers. • Provide input and execute category strategy, including negotiation roadmaps, business reviews, and contract execution. • Drive global transformation projects such as the Zero Carbon Project, Asia Sourcing, Quality Programs, Business Continuity Plans, “Power of Two,” supplier changes, and Quality Value Engineering. • Ensure compliance with procurement standards and optimize cash flow. • KPI: Analysis of Change (AOC) and productivity operations (including ODVC).

What You Bring
• KPI: Mastery of negotiation levers and raw material performance. • KPI: Multisourcing ratio improvement. • KPI: Strong team animation process with focus on productivity. • KPI: Delivery and quality performance. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Procurement or related field (MBA a plus). • Proven procurement expertise in complex, challenging environments. • Knowledge of industrial operations; experience in EMS or Contract Manufacturing highly desirable. • Ability to lead and develop teams effectively. • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities. • Proficiency in digital tools and data analytics. • Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills. • Solid financial acumen for budgeting and cost optimization. • Innovative mindset with track record of driving transformation and continuous improvement.
