About the Role
In this role, installers are responsible for delivering home‑remodeling products in accordance with Mad City’s standards, performing any necessary finish work, and ensuring that each project meets quality expectations. After each installation, they confirm customer satisfaction with management and complete the final payment authorization, as well as a carpentry checklist with the homeowner. • Install windows and related remodeling products according to company standards. • Perform finish work for each construction application as needed. • Communicate with management after installation to verify customer satisfaction and authorize final payment. • Complete a carpentry job checklist with the homeowner at project completion.

What You Bring
Ideal candidates have at least two years of experience in remodeling, carpentry, or construction, and a background in window replacement or wrapping. A valid driver’s license with a clean record and strong communication and customer‑service abilities are also required. • Possess a minimum of 2 years experience in remodeling, carpentry, or construction. • Have experience with window replacement or window wrapping. • Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. • Demonstrate strong communication and customer‑service skills.

The Window Installer position offers an hourly wage ranging from $20 to $32.50, with the potential to earn up to $80,000 per year, and includes a $1,000 sign‑on bonus.
