About the Role

In our Civil Aerospace business you will lead the teams that manufacture the world‑famous parts and engines, ensuring all work follows safety‑first procedures and quality standards. You will drive a zero‑defects mindset, reduce risks, improve processes, develop team skills and optimise cost, delivery and quality to boost production performance. Continuous improvement will be pursued by streamlining processes and fostering excellence across the operation. • Lead Civil Aerospace production teams to manufacture parts and engines. • Ensure safety, compliance and a zero‑defect mindset. • Reduce risks, improve processes and develop team skills. • Optimize cost, delivery and quality for operational efficiency. • Identify continuous‑improvement opportunities and streamline processes.
