About the Role
The Project Manager role in Sharjah, UAE, reports to the Project Director and leads a multidisciplinary team of consultants, contractors, and project managers. The position is responsible for the successful delivery of multiple infrastructure projects through all phases, from initiation and design to construction and the defects liability period. • Lead and supervise a team of consultants, contractors, and project managers. • Manage project delivery, ensuring cost, schedule, and quality objectives are met. • Conduct and attend meetings with consultants, contractors, authorities, utilities, and other stakeholders. • Review and approve technical, commercial, and planning submittals from contractors. • Identify and implement solutions to issues affecting project cost, time, or quality.

What You Bring
• Possess at least 12 years of experience in road, bridge, tunnel, or infrastructure projects. • Have minimum 5 years of experience managing roads and infrastructure design projects. • Hold a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related engineering discipline. • Demonstrate strong project management expertise and hands‑on technical ability. • Exhibit excellent written and oral communication skills and proven management capability.
