About the Role

What You Bring

We seek motivated professionals with at least five years of asset‑management experience, preferably in the water sector, who are committed to a long‑term career and progression to chartered status with the Institute of Asset Management. Mott MacDonald is not offering Skilled Worker visa sponsorship following the UK Government’s April 2024 changes, but applications from candidates eligible for other immigration routes are welcome. • Minimum 5 years asset management experience, preferably in the water sector. • Experience in asset planning/strategy, risk assessment, investment appraisal, resilience planning, decision‑support tools, performance monitoring and ISO 55000 knowledge. • Degree in environmental or related field; chartered status or progress toward chartership (ICE, CIWEM, etc.). • Strong analytical, communication and project management skills; willingness to travel UK and internationally. • Certificate/Diploma in Asset Management from the Institute of Asset Management (desired). • ISO audit experience and commercial awareness (desired). • Knowledge of change management, decarbonisation, climate resilience, nature‑based solutions or circular economy (desired).
