About the Role

In this position you will attend customers’ homes to repair and maintain a wide range of white‑goods and appliances, receiving support from managers, mentors and fellow engineers. You will aim for first‑time fixes, working safely and efficiently while handling challenging jobs. • Repair and maintain white goods (dishwashers, washing machines, fridges, dryers, microwaves) in customers’ homes. • Provide first‑time fixes safely while delivering same‑day service. • Apply strong customer‑service and problem‑solving skills.

What You Bring

Candidates must have at least two years of hands‑on experience repairing dishwashers, washing machines, refrigerators, tumble dryers and microwaves, and be able to diagnose defects quickly. Strong customer‑service skills and problem‑solving abilities are essential to meet our high standards. • Leverage at least 2 years of hands‑on white‑goods repair experience.
