About the Role
The Maintenance Technician I will efficiently perform all necessary maintenance for the apartment community, ensuring timely completion of service requests and adherence to safety standards. • Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting, and plumbing duties. • Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks. • Complete service requests promptly. • Participate in community preservation and preventive maintenance programs. • Uphold company safety standards. • Accept flexible schedules and on‑call responsibilities.

What You Bring
