About the Role
The incumbent will perform general plant and mine labor, including cleaning production areas, shoveling stone from around conveyors, and assisting with plant clean‑up. They will be cross‑trained for entry‑level production positions to fill in during vacations, absences, or periods of increased demand. Additional duties include reporting equipment problems, conducting light maintenance on belt lines, completing pre‑shift equipment reports, and assisting coworkers as directed. • Perform plant and mine cleanup, including shoveling stone and maintaining production areas. • Assist with plant operations and fill in for entry‑level production roles as needed. • Report equipment issues to management and conduct light belt‑line maintenance. • Complete pre‑shift equipment reports when applicable. • Support coworkers and carry out additional tasks assigned by supervisors. • Follow all safety policies and maintain a safe work environment.
