About the Role
The Cycle Counter II role at Hubbell focuses on managing inventory by counting products and comparing inventory logs and documents to ensure accuracy. Each day the employee performs warehouse inventory counting with high accuracy, adheres to the Logistics Distribution Warehouse Cycle Count Program procedures, and researches any inventory discrepancies. They also prepare reports, conduct audits, track uncommon products, develop solutions for inventory issues, and inspect and record damaged goods. • Perform accurate warehouse inventory counts and reconcile logs. • Follow Logistics Distribution Warehouse Cycle Count Program procedures. • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. • Generate reports and audit documentation for cycle counts. • Track and report on uncommon or damaged products. • Develop solutions to improve inventory accuracy. • Operate warehouse lift and use SAP for inventory control. • Apply basic math and analytical skills in daily tasks.

What You Bring
Successful candidates need a high school diploma or GED, 1‑3 years of cycle‑counting experience, and strong basic math and analytical skills. Familiarity with inventory control procedures, SAP, and Microsoft Excel is preferred, and the ability to operate a warehouse lift is required. • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis (preferred).
