About the Role

We are seeking an organised, proactive Contract Administration Coordinator to support our Bay of Plenty and wider Greenspace operations. Based in Tauranga, the role provides end‑to‑end administrative and business support for multiple contracts, acting as a central point of contact for job management, customer requests, financial processes and compliance, while also contributing to national initiatives. • Manage jobs in MS Dynamics: create, allocate, track and report. • Handle customer service requests and ensure timely work close‑out. • Support contract financials: purchase orders, invoicing, claims and payment certificates. • Maintain accurate staff and subcontractor records such as timesheets, PPE and equipment. • Assist health, safety, environment and quality compliance, including reporting. • Prepare reports, end‑of‑month processing and client documentation. • Coordinate subcontractor engagement and monitor delivery against contract requirements. • Maintain contract files, records, meeting minutes and tender documentation.

What You Bring

The successful candidate will have at least five years of contract administration experience, strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and preferably MS Dynamics or JD Edwards, and a solid understanding of contract claims, invoicing and local authority contracts. The role requires commercial and financial awareness, excellent communication, a proactive ‘can‑do’ attitude and strong problem‑solving abilities.
