About the Role
• Support a 1,500‑employee office by completing major printing tasks accurately and on time. • Operate and troubleshoot commercial‑grade copiers and high‑volume printers, managing multiple print settings. • Produce professional‑quality printed materials such as books, documents, bound manuals, and specialty projects. • Assist with meeting and visitor support, setting up and breaking down rooms and equipment. • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages throughout the facility. • Load and unload shipments using forklifts and RF scanners for swift processing. • Prepare outgoing shipments by packing, labeling, and coordinating with carriers. • Maintain organized filing systems for correspondence, documents, and shipping records. • Support warehouse distribution tasks, including inventory management and stock replenishment. • Verify shipment contents and documentation for shipping and receiving operations. • Perform heavy lifting safely to move packages or supplies as needed.

What You Bring
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mailroom Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will manage incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring efficient distribution within the organization. Your energetic approach will keep communication channels seamless and logistics running smoothly. • Associate’s degree preferred. • 3–5 years experience in mailroom operations or office management. • Familiarity with RF scanners for inventory tracking and order processing. • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail. • Ability to perform heavy lifting safely for extended periods. • Experience with shipping and receiving procedures and documentation standards. • Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation.

Benefits
The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm, with hourly pay ranging from $22 to $25.
