What You Bring
We consider candidates with relevant education and hands‑on experience in construction tools and equipment repair. The role requires strong communication, basic math, computer proficiency, mechanical aptitude, a safety focus, and bilingual ability when required. Related experience may include roles such as Porter Hostler, Yard Hand, Yard Jockey, Entry‑Level Mechanic, Construction Laborer, Forklift Driver, or Warehouse Worker. • High school diploma or GED preferred • Experience with common construction and industrial tools preferred • Some experience or training in mechanical equipment repair preferred • Effective written and oral communication with customers • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) • General mechanical aptitude • Safety‑focused mindset • Bilingual (Spanish or other) as required by location
