About the Role
• Post and reconcile all resident payments and account receivables accurately and promptly. • Monitor bad debt, issue late notices, contact residents/guarantors, and file evictions as needed. • Execute end‑of‑month closing procedures and generate financial reports. • Audit resident files and maintain organized records for move‑out charges and security deposits. • Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop onsite staff according to company standards. • Provide ongoing staff training, counseling, and performance guidance to ensure policy compliance. • Lead leasing efforts: show units, process applications, secure lease signings, and maintain accurate records. • Implement marketing strategies from the annual plan and manage resident retention programs. • Address resident complaints and requests to maintain high satisfaction levels. • Oversee property appearance, coordinate maintenance requests, and conduct regular inspections. • Plan and manage property resources, negotiate vendor bids, and ensure cost‑effective operations.

Benefits
