About the Role
The position requires supervising warehouse and parts counter staff, monitoring inventory accuracy, managing the full supply chain process, and coaching the use of technology tools. Collaboration with other branches and adherence to safety and equal‑employment policies are essential. • Supervise and develop warehouse/parts counter personnel to boost efficiency and customer service • Monitor inventory control procedures, including cycle counts and WMS‑ERP balance • Oversee orders, receiving, stocking, pick/pack, transfers, shipping, and overall inventory management • Train staff on electronic tools such as WMS, ERP databases, and scanners • Ensure compliance with equal employment opportunity and business conduct policies • Resolve customer service issues promptly and professionally • Collaborate with counterparts at other branch locations • Lead by example in safe work practices and verify team adherence

What You Bring
