About the Role
The manager will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers achieve their desired business outcomes while fostering long‑term relationships. By guiding customers through onboarding, usage, and ongoing value realization, the role supports Autodesk’s mission to drive innovation in the architecture, engineering, and construction sector. • Establish customer outcomes and create a Customer Success Plan • Onboard new construction customers to accelerate time‑to‑value • Drive usage and adoption of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) • Coordinate diverse tasks, topics, and customer interactions • Identify and pursue expansion opportunities and recommend best practices • Maintain high retention, collaborate with sales for renewals, and spot expansion chances • Conduct regular check‑ins, executive business reviews, webinars, and mentoring sessions • Monitor account health, identify churn risk, and mitigate it • Build trusted advisor relationships and act as customer advocate within Autodesk • Share and develop processes to support organisational growth • Promote Autodesk Construction solutions as an evangelist in industry forums

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least three years of B2B customer‑facing experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and a proven track record in customer success or account management. Experience with AEC workflows, BIM solutions, and a background in the construction industry are highly valued. • Minimum 3 years experience in a B2B customer‑facing role (Customer Success, Account Management, etc.) • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Remote work capability with up to 35% travel and access to Autodesk offices • Strong curiosity about the construction industry and collaborative mindset • Process‑driven, organized, and record of achievement • Experience with AEC workflows and BIM solutions for construction • Prior experience in the construction industry is a plus
