About the Role

In this role, the Program Manager II will assist the Chief Science Director and Human Protections Director with administrative tasks for the Scientific Review Board and Human Research Protections Program, gather information for research‑program taskers, recommend workflow improvements, maintain research documents, track finances, and support space utilization and business planning. • Assist the Chief Science Director and Human Protections Director with SRB and HRPP administrative tasks. • Gather and submit information for research program taskers, ensuring authorized approval. • Recommend task order labor utilization and workflow improvements to increase efficiency. • Compile government documentation for contract actions and proposals in line with policies. • Maintain and organize research documents and dynamic Excel tracking spreadsheets. • Conduct market research for study budgets and provide data for decision‑making. • Ensure sponsored reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) meet sponsor guidelines and templates. • Support space utilization planning within the directorate and make related recommendations. • Track study expenditures, report financial status, and assist with yearly budget recommendations. • Submit proposals and grants via portals such as eBRAP, grants.gov, and CMRDP. • Coordinate directorate meetings, take minutes, and distribute them to the Director.

What You Bring

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree with seven years of relevant experience or a master’s degree with five years, demonstrated ability to handle SRB and HRPP administrative duties, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in financial tracking and business planning. No security clearance is required.
