About the Role
• Perform various manual labor tasks using shovels and hand tools. • Operate heavy equipment such as skid steer, backhoe, compacting roller, haul truck, or dozer as needed. • Conduct daily pre‑ and post‑inspections with proper documentation in line with company policies. • Service and maintain equipment as trained and directed by management.

What You Bring
• Communicate effectively and follow MSHA/environmental regulations for safe work procedures. • Experience operating heavy equipment (bobcat, skid steer, haul truck). • Self‑motivated and able to work without constant supervision. • Quick learner with ability to understand basic safety and work instructions. • Availability to work weekends and overtime; must pass pre‑employment drug screen.
