About the Role

In this role you will efficiently perform all necessary maintenance for the apartment community and collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor to direct and manage the overall maintenance program. • Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C, and electrical duties • Assist Service Manager with various tasks as needed • Complete service requests accurately and promptly • Conduct preventative maintenance repairs • Respond to emergency calls per company policy • Assist with resident functions • Participate in community preservation and preventive maintenance programs

What You Bring
