Monthly reporting and analytics are used to track trends and recommend operational improvements. • Manage end‑to‑end supplier maintenance fee collections, addressing billing discrepancies and refund requests. • Develop and implement collection strategies to achieve revenue targets. • Investigate and resolve payment disputes while maintaining positive supplier relationships. • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve fee collection processes and communication. • Identify and execute process improvements for supplier communication, fee workflows, and accounts receivable. • Prepare and present monthly fee collection reports, analyze payment trends, and provide actionable insights.
