About the Role
The role requires strict adherence to safety policies and industry regulations, reading and following detailed mechanical instructions, and performing complex sheet‑metal assemblies using drills, rivets, screws, and bolts. Employees must accurately position and align large components—such as blowers, motors, and compressors—manually or with hoists/cranes, ensure proper fit using templates or measurement devices, and assist the Paint Department with handling unpainted and painted parts as needed. • Comply with all company safety policies and industry regulations. • Read and interpret detailed mechanical instructions and follow established procedures. • Perform complex sheet metal assembly using drilling, riveting, screwing, and bolting. • Accurately position and align large components or sub‑assemblies manually or with hoists/cranes. • Use templates or measurement devices to ensure proper fit of parts. • Assist the Paint Department with lifting, moving, washing, sanding, and storage of parts. • Participate in 401(k) match and retirement plans (US RRS, CAN).

What You Bring
Candidates must demonstrate strong attention to detail, the ability to read complex manuals, drawings, and schematics, and proficiency with professional hand tools (socket set, Allen keys, wrenches, snips, wire stripper, crimper) and power tools (drills, screw guns, impact wrenches). Dexterity, hand‑eye coordination, and successful completion of training to safely operate overhead hoists/cranes and various forklifts are also required. • Exhibit strong attention to detail and follow directions accurately. • Read complex manuals, drawings, and schematics. • Proficient with hand tools (socket set, Allen keys, wrenches, snips, wire stripper, crimper) and power tools (drill, screw gun, impact wrench). • Demonstrate dexterity and hand‑eye coordination for assembling small components. • Successfully complete training to safely operate overhead hoists/cranes. • Successfully complete training to safely operate forklifts for moving assemblies and pallets.
