About the Role
At Ventia, the Quality Advisor ensures compliance and quality assurance across the Homes NSW RAPM portfolio, contributing to operational excellence and safe community environments. The role involves conducting audits, interpreting contractual requirements, collaborating with operational teams, and driving continuous improvement to achieve sustainable performance. • Conduct internal audits and quality inspections in line with ISO 9001 standards. • Review legal and contractual documents, interpret requirements, and gather supporting evidence. • Analyse non-conformance and risks and implement corrective actions. • Support client audits and ensure accurate sample validation and evidence collection. • Provide technical advice to site management and assist with KPI reporting and compliance dashboards.

What You Bring
Candidates should possess strong analytical and interpersonal abilities, be capable of working independently in a fast‑paced setting, and have experience with quality standards and relevant systems. • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 auditing standards preferred. • SAP experience highly regarded. • Ability to read and interpret legal and contractual documents confidently. • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and reporting skills. • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. • Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
