About the Role

The position involves providing on‑site technical support to customers, ensuring equipment operates reliably, and collaborating with integration partners throughout project phases. • Execute local and occasional out‑of‑state service calls with short‑notice scheduling. • Provide integration support including teaching, adjustment, calibration, and issue diagnosis. • Commission multiple systems on customer sites and attend required kick‑off meetings. • Perform final installation buy‑off, documenting open issues and exceptions. • Diagnose and repair equipment to component level using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other test tools. • Maintain service reports, update plant asset inventories, and file quality‑assurance documentation. • Assist customers in identifying and quoting spare parts and related fastening equipment. • Conduct on‑site customer training sessions. • Prepare and submit accurate expense reports in a timely manner.

What You Bring

Candidates should bring a solid background in electro‑mechanical troubleshooting and automation, along with the ability to interpret technical documentation and adhere to safety standards.
