About the Role
Property managers work independently at multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors, assessing customers' storage needs, recommending solutions, and selling packing and moving supplies. They conduct daily unit inspections, audit cash drawers, make bank deposits, and handle payment reminders and collection calls. • Assess customer storage needs and recommend solutions, including selling packing and moving supplies. • Conduct daily storage unit inspections to ensure inventory availability and readiness for rent. • Audit cash drawers, make bank deposits, and manage payment reminders and collection calls. • Transport items up to 35 lb and navigate outdoor facility environments, including stairs and large doors. • Perform cleaning and routine maintenance of interior spaces and exterior grounds. • Leverage prior customer‑service sales experience from retail, restaurant, or similar environments.

What You Bring
Physical requirements include the ability to lift or move items up to 35 lb, walk around facilities spending up to 50 % of time outdoors, climb stairs, and open large doors. Managers also perform cleaning and routine maintenance, such as sweeping, mopping interior areas, and keeping exterior grounds clear of debris.
