About the Role

• Greet members and guests promptly upon arrival. • Deliver professional service that exceeds guest expectations. • Ensure 100 % guest satisfaction with genuine hospitality. • Provide personal attention and take responsibility for each guest experience. • Foster inclusive teamwork and maintain courteous relationships with all employees. • Transport employees between housing and club property according to schedule. • Communicate transportation updates regularly with club management and team members. • Maintain vehicle cleanliness, functionality, and fuel levels per guidelines. • Operate light and heavy passenger vans or buses for airport, off‑site housing, and activity transport. • Monitor and update staff transportation schedules. • Attend department meetings and required trainings. • Perform additional duties as assigned, adhering to traffic, safety, and health regulations.

What You Bring

Your key areas of responsibility are divided into three focus areas: Member Experience – greet members and guests promptly, provide professional service, exceed expectations, and ensure 100 % satisfaction; Teamwork – intentionally include all Gozzer employees, build courteous relationships, and maintain a positive attitude; Daily Operations – provide transportation between employee housing and club property, adhere to schedules, communicate updates, keep vehicles clean, fueled, and functional, and operate vans or buses as needed. Required knowledge, skills, and abilities include a valid driver’s license, compliance with traffic and Idaho health regulations, basic computer literacy, the ability to work with all personality types, follow verbal and written directions independently, work weekends, holidays, mornings, and nights, operate in all weather conditions, perform light physical tasks (lifting up to 25 lb frequently, up to 75 lb occasionally), and operate light and heavy passenger vehicles.
