About the Role
In this role you will move material throughout the distribution center using hand trucks, forklifts, hoists and other equipment. You will receive, log, and stock incoming inventory, read work orders, fill customer invoices, and inspect items for damage. You will also track inventory in the system, keep the warehouse organized, and enforce safety and procedural policies. • Operate hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, and conveyors to move materials within the warehouse. • Receive, log, and stock incoming inventory in the warehouse management system. • Read work orders and shipping instructions to fulfill customer requests. • Fill and verify customer invoices, checking part numbers and packaging inventory items. • Inspect inventory for defects or damage and report issues to the Warehouse Manager. • Follow all safety and accident procedures while operating equipment or company vehicles. • Track inventory accurately in the system and maintain data integrity. • Organize and clean warehouse space and equipment as needed. • Report customer problems or concerns immediately. • Coach associates on operational practices, equipment use, and safety procedures. • Enforce warehouse policies to ensure efficient and safe operations. • Evaluate processes and recommend improvements to reduce cost per unit and increase productivity. • Deliver supplies and equipment on time while complying with DOT and OSHA standards. • Maintain working knowledge of the warehouse data system and perform related tasks.

What You Bring
The position requires a clean DOT driving record, high school diploma or GED, and at least one year of warehouse experience. Physical demands include standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally). Forklift certification, proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, and a strong problem‑solving attitude are preferred. • Hold a clean DOT driving record. • Possess a high school diploma or GED. • Have at least one year of warehouse experience. • Demonstrate forklift operating experience (certification a plus). • Be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
