About the Role
The Sr Proposal Coordinator is a mid-level role in market intelligence, possessing knowledge of company services and some background in sales or customer relations. This person will coordinate and lead the preparation and submission of proposals, qualification statements, and other materials aimed at customers. They will collaborate directly with business units to support our operations and business development teams. Additionally, this individual will be instrumental in training new employees and providing guidance to other coordinators on deal structure and proposal strategy. • Coordinate and lead preparation and submission of proposals and qualification statements • Collaborate with business units to support operations and business development • Train new employees and mentor coordinators on deal structure and proposal strategy • Apply market intelligence knowledge and sales or customer relations experience
