About the Role
The Maintenance Technician will troubleshoot a variety of service issues, ensure property interiors and exteriors meet standards and laws, respond to maintenance tickets, coordinate with residents and staff, and participate in an on‑call rotation requiring night and weekend flexibility. • Troubleshoot HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing issues. • Ensure interior and exterior property standards and legal compliance. • Respond to maintenance tickets promptly. • Follow up with residents and office staff on work status. • Participate in on‑call rotation with night and weekend availability.

Benefits
