About the Role
• Welcome new members confidently by providing collateral. • Schedule a 14‑day welcome call. • Schedule vacation dates within 31‑120 days. • Give members collateral with call details, travel dates, and online access timeframe. • Enter new member information into systems. • Hand off members seamlessly to Quality Assurance. • Call members to offer an NMJ vacation package when applicable. • Deliver outstanding customer care to members and guests. • Complete all assigned company training and compliance courses. • Follow company standards and maintain policy compliance.
