About the Role
The Logistics Analyst coordinates drivers, trucks, and containers to create capacity, maximize productivity, and ensure prompt, courteous, and efficient service for all customers. This role also oversees safety, customer experience, and overall productivity. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety policies, analyzing daily route information, and implementing changes to improve route standardization, efficiency, and accuracy using the internal routing platform. The analyst uses routing system visibility to respond to same‑day changes and next‑day planning, ensuring on‑route efficiencies and improved route design. The analyst must close routes on time by verifying data accuracy, proactively evaluate and resolve issues while trucks are in transit, and manage driver safety and security of company assets. They collect, interpret, and analyze logistics data such as inventory and asset reliability to increase routing accuracy, and maintain constant communication with drivers to monitor progress. Additional duties involve creating routes with maximized capacity, reviewing daily loads per driver, monitoring swing routes and disposal plans, and evaluating missed pickups to develop strategies that prevent future failures. The analyst also assesses service requests for potential pull‑forward opportunities to enhance efficiency while delivering a strong customer experience. Customer experience responsibilities include courteous interaction with customers, ensuring routes are set up for safety and compliance, and prioritizing promises made to customers to maintain satisfaction. The analyst must update call center communications daily, assess route issues that could cause delays, and use available tools to inform impacted customers.

What You Bring
Qualifications include strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software, time‑sensitive task execution, and prior experience in a customer‑facing or dispatcher leadership role (preferred two years) are required.
