About the Role
The Leasing Consultant drives all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. Responsibilities include daily on‑site presence, showcasing units, qualifying prospects, completing lease paperwork, and maintaining accurate prospect data. The role also supports resident satisfaction, retention programs, and the overall upkeep of common areas. • Show and lease prospective residents, conduct tours, and secure signed leases. • Generate new leads, schedule appointments, and follow up to maintain a strong pipeline. • Complete all leasing paperwork and assist with lease audits, unit walk‑throughs, and turnover processes. • Maintain accurate prospect traffic data and respond to inquiries within 24 hours. • Apply sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic, improve closing ratios, and exceed leasing targets. • Perform administrative duties, including office upkeep and model unit maintenance. • Address resident complaints, requests, and service issues to ensure satisfaction. • Assist in developing resident retention programs such as events, promotions, and newsletters. • Support annual marketing plans, conduct market surveys, and produce weekly market reports. • Provide excellent customer service and monitor service‑request response times. • Enforce community policies as delegated by the supervisor.

What You Bring
• Require a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA regulations. • Physical ability to climb ladders, lift up to 25 lb, stand or sit for long periods, and work overtime, weekends, or night shifts as needed.
