About the Role
The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operation of commercial or residential properties, which may include supervising accounting, sales, maintenance, and grounds‑keeping staff. The role requires conducting regular inspections of property grounds, ensuring issues are addressed promptly, and coordinating repairs and maintenance activities. Strong communication, conflict‑resolution, and time‑management skills are essential for success. • Process leases, collect rent, make bank deposits, verify income and maintain waiting list. • Ensure compliance with HUD, TCAC or other regulations. • Process evictions. • Supervise on-site staff and coordinates repairs and maintenance. • Travel may be required

What You Bring
The position involves a non‑typical office environment that includes frequent standing, walking, and both indoor and outdoor activities, with occasional overtime and social interaction. Physical demands include standing, reaching, and data‑entry tasks, while the work environment is climate‑controlled and free from extreme hazards. Travel may be required to support property sites as needed. • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level. • Knowledge of communities/property/real estate and homeowners associations. • Knowledge of the role of the association board, the Community Association Manager, and how those roles interface with the requests of homeowners. • Knowledge of typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.) at a proficient level. • Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at a proficient level. • Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.). • Professional customer service skills. • Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player. • Time management and time critical prioritization skills. • Associates Degree Required • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred • 0 – 3 years of directly related or closely related experience • 0 – 3 years of Community Association experience • Industry Specific Certification • Location Specific License • Non-Typical office environment (frequent standing, walking, talking, etc.), both inside activities and outside activities. • Frequent social interaction
