In this role, you will manage all phases of utility construction across aerial and underground telecom projects, lead and mentor crews, uphold a strong safety culture, ensure quality while meeting deadlines, and provide exceptional service to clients. • Lead and mentor telecom construction teams to develop skills and knowledge. • Oversee aerial and underground utility construction projects. • Promote and sustain a company‑wide safety culture. • Drive teams to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards. • Provide exceptional customer service during client interactions. • Coordinate activities of multiple crews and job sites. • Prioritize safety and high‑quality workmanship in all tasks. • Manage day‑to‑day needs of a construction crew with proven experience. • Solve complex field challenges with a hands‑on approach. • Coach and mentor team members, fostering continuous improvement.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate prioritizes safety and quality, possesses deep knowledge of construction and Outside Plant work—including coax and fiber splicing, map reading, and scheduling—has proven crew‑management experience, solves complex field problems, mentors team members, and is proficient with Microsoft Office; military veterans with specific MOS codes are especially encouraged to apply. • Demonstrate strong understanding of construction and OSP work, including coax and fiber splicing, map reading, and scheduling. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and eager to learn new software.
