About the Role

The Sourcing Specialist role is central to JLL’s procurement excellence, ensuring full compliance with sourcing procedures, managing vendor relationships and identifying cost‑saving opportunities through strategic bidding and negotiations. The specialist acts as the commercial liaison between internal service requesters and external suppliers while upholding JLL policies and client controls. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include developing price agreements, monitoring deliveries and returns, executing RFPs, RFQs and RFIs, analyzing vendor spend, tracking hard savings, and maintaining comprehensive vendor files. The specialist collaborates closely with regional sourcing coordinators and cross‑functional teams to create sourcing strategies that align supplier capabilities with client business needs. • Develop and implement supplier price agreements for spot purchases, following approval procedures. • Monitor deliveries, claims, returns, and exchanges of goods and services. • Serve as commercial liaison between JLL service requesters and suppliers, resolving day‑to‑day issues. • Ensure strict compliance with JLL policies, local sourcing guidelines, and client internal controls. • Execute RFPs, RFQs and RFIs in line with specific client requirements. • Analyze vendor spend, trends and report findings to support cost‑avoidance initiatives. • Track and report quarterly hard savings and cost avoidance metrics. • Maintain comprehensive vendor files in accordance with contractual policies and standards. • Create innovative saving initiatives using strategic sourcing tools and market analysis.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000–$87,875 and is remote, with primary locations in Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; and Dallas, TX.
