About the Role
The Specialist – Stakeholder Management will be based in Doha, Qatar, and will manage relationships with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth project progression and alignment with organizational goals. • Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies aligned with organizational goals. • Manage complex stakeholder issues using advanced techniques and procedures. • Conduct stakeholder analyses to identify influencers, interests, and project impacts. • Create and deliver presentations communicating project updates to diverse stakeholder groups. • Maintain stakeholder documentation in enterprise content management systems. • Lead cross‑functional meetings and facilitate effective communication among stakeholder groups. • Develop and maintain tools and databases to track stakeholder interactions, commitments, and actions. • Identify, mitigate, and escalate stakeholder‑related risks to senior management. • Contribute to best practices and standard operating procedures for stakeholder management. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with strategy. • Monitor and report on KPIs related to stakeholder satisfaction and engagement.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. • 3‑5 years of experience in stakeholder management or a comparable role. • Advanced stakeholder engagement skills with strong planning, organization, and deadline management. • Excellent communication and presentation abilities for diverse audiences. • Proficiency in stakeholder analysis, risk mitigation, and use of enterprise content management and stakeholder management tools. • Demonstrated capability to lead cross‑functional meetings and facilitate communication. • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, negotiation, and conflict‑resolution skills. • Proficiency with project management software and tools. • Detail‑oriented, organized, and collaborative with a customer‑focused mindset.
