About the Role

• Sell Carrier HVAC service portfolio, including agreements, repairs, and modernizations. • Create and maintain sales territory and account plans as needed. • Present at customer seminars to develop new and existing relationships. • Utilize CRM to manage customer interactions, activities, and pipeline. • Identify and pursue new service agreement and repair opportunities with existing and prospective customers. • Establish credibility through deep knowledge of Carrier products and solutions. • Articulate Carrier value proposition and align it with customer objectives. • Detect customer buying stage and adapt selling strategy accordingly. • Negotiate service agreement renewals and consistently achieve sales targets.

What You Bring

The Commercial Service Account Manager will pursue service agreements, quick‑turn projects, and large modernization opportunities to keep customers operating effectively. Success in this role requires strong relationship‑building, outstanding customer service, and the ability to work cross‑functionally while assessing both immediate and future customer needs. • High School Diploma or GED required. • Minimum 2 years of commercial HVAC sales experience. • Ability to lift/carry 20 lb, climb ladders/stairs, and work on roofs or platforms. • Proficient with Microsoft‑based software in a technical environment. • Strong sales, negotiation, time‑management, and organizational skills. • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation abilities. • Experience selling directly to end‑user customers and service agreements. • Ability to cross‑sell, upsell, and introduce preventative repair/upgrade packages. • Self‑motivated, team‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple simultaneous projects.

The position offers a salary range of $98,750 – $138,250, comprehensive health, retirement, and paid‑time‑off benefits, and eligibility for short‑term cash incentives.
